Weekly Meal Preparation
After an initial consultation where we discuss your household’s dietary needs and taste preferences, I will devise and prepare a menu each week that’s tailored to you.
On the established days/times that work for you, I will come in to prepare nutritious meals/snacks for the days ahead. When you come home, your kitchen will be just the way you left it.
